Our Commitment to you
EU Parts will provide a quoting and booking service that will facilitate multiple quotes for each car movement requirement placed via our car transportation department. We will endeavour to ensure this process operates efficiently and in a timely fashion and to use our extensive experience, skill and care to provide a world-class service level at all times.

EU Parts Ltd website and materials contained therein are provided on an "AS IS" basis and is without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Although we take precautions, the EU Parts Ltd website contains data provided by third parties, and therefore EU Parts Ltd will not and cannot be held responsible for any third party material.
WE RECOMMEND YOU VALIDATE ALL INFORMATION AND SIGHT ALL INSURANCE POLICIES before handing over your vehicles to a 3rd party.

EU Parts Ltd disclaims all warranties, included but not limited to warranties of title, quality, accuracy, suitability, completeness, fitness for particular purpose, freedom from viruses and non-infringement of third party rights. EU Parts Ltd do not undertake, claim nor provide any warranties about the accuracy, reliability, timeliness or completeness of the website material and/or its links presented.

EU Parts Ltd does not warrant that the website will operate without error or that the website and any associated web server are free from computer viruses or other harmful code. EU Parts Ltd is not responsible for any costs associated with servicing or replacing third party equipment or data due to the use of our website and services.

Disclaimer of Damages & Limitation of Liability 
EU Parts Ltd do not provide any insurance for vehicles whatsoever and will not undertake storage, transportation or any other service that passes liability to EU Parts Ltd unless agreed in writing. We will accept no liability (whether in negligence or otherwise) for any loss, loss of opportunity, goodwill, reputation, business, revenue, profit, or savings you expected to make, wasted expenditure or data being lost or corrupted. The disclaimer and limitation includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages and applies whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), common law or statute, regardless of whether EU Parts Ltd is advised of the possibility of such damages.

Currency
Prices quoted are in Pound Sterling only. All payments are to be made in Pounds sterling and VAT is included.

Payments

1. You may settle your order over the telephone. Pay by Visa, MasterCard or Delta (debit or credit cards)
2. You may e-mail us your name, telephone number and a list of what and when you would like to delivery, we will then call you back to arrange.
3. You may pay by cash or cheques on delivery.

Cancellations
Any cancellation of non-custom delivery must be done before the goods are delivered to the forwarder, cancellations received after that point will be none refunded. Custom orders can only be cancelled before put in production. If you wish to cancel the order please contact us by telephone, fax, and e-mail.

Complaints
Any problems or complaints should be discussed immediately with the service supplier. If unresolved the complaint must be made in writing to EU Parts Ltd within 14 days.

These conditions of service shall be governed by and subject to English Law
